Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest.
